Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula Hybrid OR/PACU

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

At the Community Hospital Monterey Peninsula, we executed a critical scope of work focused on creating a state-of-the-art Hybrid Operating Room. Our team meticulously installed advanced HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring optimal air quality and temperature control essential for surgical environments. We also specialized in hydronic and steam work, integrating efficient heating systems that meet the stringent requirements of modern medical facilities. Our expertise extended to the installation of chiller and chilled water systems, providing reliable cooling solutions vital for both patient comfort and the performance of sensitive medical equipment.

In addition to the mechanical systems, we implemented comprehensive medical gas systems to ensure the safe and effective delivery of gases essential for surgical procedures. Our skilled craftsmen also performed precise sheet metal flashing and trim work, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the facility. This multi-faceted approach not only met but exceeded the project’s rigorous standards, showcasing our dedication to delivering high-quality solutions tailored for the healthcare sector. The result is a cutting-edge operating room that prioritizes both patient care and operational efficiency.
