San Benito High School Career Technical Education Building

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

At San Benito High School’s Career Technical Education Building, Val’s Plumbing & Heating, Inc. played a crucial role in delivering essential infrastructure that supports hands-on learning in various technical fields. We executed the installation of all HVAC systems, ensuring that students and instructors benefit from a comfortable and climate-controlled environment conducive to learning and skill development. Our team employed advanced techniques to optimize air circulation and maintain energy efficiency, aligning with the school’s commitment to sustainability.

In addition to the HVAC systems, we specialized in the installation of specialty sheet metal flashings that enhance the building’s style, durability and weather resistance. Recognizing the unique needs of a career technical education facility, we also implemented advanced dust and fume collection systems designed to maintain a safe and healthy workspace for students engaged in activities such as woodworking, metalworking, automotive and other hands-on trades. These systems not only improve air quality but also comply with safety standards, ensuring that students can focus on their education while working in a secure environment. Our work at San Benito High School reflects our dedication to creating spaces that empower future professionals.
