At the Scheid Vineyards processing facility and tasting room, Val’s Plumbing & Heating, Inc. executed a comprehensive range of plumbing solutions tailored to the unique needs of a winery. Our project scope included the installation of both industrial and domestic plumbing systems, ensuring seamless operations throughout the facility. We utilized stainless welded pipe for its durability and hygienic properties, essential for handling the wine production process. Additionally, we installed chilled water piping and specialized wine tank piping to maintain optimal temperatures and conditions for fermentation and storage, ensuring the highest quality of wine production.
Beyond the winery’s core operations, we also focused on enhancing the tasting room and office spaces. Our team implemented trench drains and venting systems to effectively manage wastewater and maintain a clean environment for visitors. The improvements made to the tasting room not only elevated the customer experience but also optimized functionality for staff.
